For a few days now, I have been having issues with sketchup. The file would start saving and then i get the message “We’re having an issue reaching Trimble Connect. Please download a backup file. While you try that, we’ll be working on this issue.”
When I try to duplicate the file I get the message ‘Duplication Failed’.
I’m using an apple m1 computer and I’ve tried both firefox and chrome but both the same. It’s getting quite upsetting now as I don’t understand what’s wrong. I’ve also made sure that my date and time on the computer are automatic and I’ve got no firewalls. I’ve changed nothing. Any ideas?
It’s not the file, I’m having just as much issue saving a 300kb file as I am a 9mb one.
