I just fixed it intersecting the wasted faces with the context and erasing them, maybe is because of those axes changes we were talking about
More likely the sloppy geometry you insist on using and incorrect set up for Follow Me.

You could try making the curve a slightly larger radius. The only other thing I can think of is to adjust the angle of the profile so it’s parallel to the blue axis. If it’s angled, that’s likely causing that “pinch” around the curve.
