Hi all, I have been using Sketchup for a few months now on a personal house project.
I have recently found a problem where I can’t load items from the warehouse into my project. I can see the items but the don’t come across. So I thought I would sign in. My account has either disappeared or I forgot my password so I go the get my password refreshed to get a screen telling my the browser is out of date which I know is not the case, I use Firefox and Explorer both of which update automatically.
Login is via Google, so that’s who is telling you that your browser is out of date. Internet Explorer does not necessarily update automatically, or you could be on an OS that is no longer receiving updates. What version of IE and what version of SketchUp are you using? What happens when you try to download?
