Unable to log onto my SketchUp 3D warehouse

Hi there

As of this morning I’m unable to log onto my 3D warehouse. I’ve tried rebooting my laptop, signing out and back into Google accounts and trying to access it via other routes such as opting for ‘upload new model’.

I am constantly given the notification of : “Authentication Error! Something went wrong during the authentication process. Please try logging in again”

Any ideas?

Side note…I am able to log into my 3d warehouse from my google browser directly, but not whilst using SketchUp. Accessing it through SketchUp appears to be blocked?

Try clearing Internet Explorer’s caches.
