Hoping someone can help me. I am not able to log in to my Pro subscription regardless of what browser I use. I believe it may be something with my Bitdefender software blocking the site. I have whitelisted the site in Bitdefender, etc. to try to get it to connect. Have even temporarily disabled Bitdefender. I cleared cookies, did all the things that Trimble told me to try. I have attached the error message.
I have included a picture of the error message I get every time. “Can’t connect / check the proxy/firewall…”
Can someone offer some advice? I’m out of things to try and Support won’t get back to me. I’m completely dead in the water on using the software.
I don’t understand that. Why would the fact that their are Enscape components in a model prevent me from logging into sketchup on Chrome? It says it’s a firewall issue. At least that makes sense, though I can’t fix it. I went to Enscape forums and find nothing about it.
You may get more information if you post the question in the Enscape forum. It is possible that Enscape is restricting access to licensed users only. The Enscape components are trying to “phone home” to verify licensing.
