Cannot use online features

Like the title says, we have a few computers in our office where SketchUp won’t connect to the internet.

The two versions are SketchUp Pro 2018 and SketchUp Make 2017 desktop version. Both are PC’s running Windows 10 x64.

The other computer using SketchUp Pro 2018 is still able to use online features. The office runs off of a server.

Any help is appreciated.

What happens when you try? Is this related to using the 3D Warehouse or Extension Warehouse?

You shouldn’t be using SketchUp Make. It’s not licensed for commercial use.

These are some of the prompts that come up:

“Cannot contact the geolocation service. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
“The 3D Warehouse requires an internet connection. Please connect and try again.”
“The Extension Warehouse requires an internet connection. Please connect and try again.”

We have tried various web browsers and they all work fine.
Internet Explorer is version 11.492.16299.0
Update Version is 11.0.7.0

did you have blocked or redirected the domain “google.com” by a firewall or proxy server?
