I have tried to download sketchup free version on my PC to try this out, however I encounter technical problems when trying to do this. I get a message saying sorry we encountered a probelem with your WebGL browser support.
I have follow the instructions in chrome flags to enable this option which I have done, but still will not allow me to download it.
Can anyone help please I have windows 7 professional on my PC
You can’t download SU Free as it runs in the web browser. You can try different browser or download the SU Make 2017.
As @eneroth3 explained, you cannot “download” SketchUp Free but rather use it in your browser. Follow the link she mentioned if you’d like the desktop version.
However, if you are experiencing problems with your WebGL, can you please try again and let me know if the issue is resolved? We pushed a fix this morning that should help. Thank you!
