You’ve got a bunch of nested groups and some geometry without faces.
You need to reduce that by exploding all the groups inside the top level and then removing the Internal Faces. Get Solid Inspector2 from the Extension Warehouse. It’ll help you clean up your models.

It might help to have a basic understanding of what is required for a “solid” in SketchUp. In simple terms every edge must be shared by exactly two faces. No more and no less. So no stray edges, no holes in surfaces, and no internal faces.
Also, if you are going to have a nested group or component–that is a group or component that contains other groups or components, all of the inner most groups/components must be solids.
