I am about to purchase Acer Nitro 5 , with Windows 10 Home edition.
before i do that, i would like to know whether the Sketchup pro 2019 can be installed in Window 10 Home Edition?

Yes, without issue. Provided that your PC meets the required minimum hardware specs.
Just to help clarify, SU requires a 64 bit OS.
Is their even a 32 bit Win 10?
Yes, it seems odd, but there is a 32-bit version of Win 10

So pretty sure it WILL have a 64-bit OS

I ran SU Pro 18 at home last year on a Win10 home install. No issues what so ever.
