I have some problem with install SketchUp Make for free with chip M1.
I want to use SketchUp Make (2017) for design my renovate house in non-commercial use.
Please kindly give me some advice about how to use SketchUp Make with 2017 or how can i should do next.

Which MacOS version? Your profile information makes no sense in relation to your question.
SketchUp requires the Rosetta system to run on M1 Macs as it is written for Intel processors. Lately I have seen posts relating to even the 2021 version having difficulties with the latest OS version (Monterey).
