Can not open my drawing

Hello,

I just started using Sketchup and am modeling a factory I planned. I worked on it the whole day today and as I just wanted to re-open I got the error message: Fehler beim Öffnen des Dokuments (eng: error while opening the document).

I have an autocad drawing imported as a layer to build the 3D-models on, so the file size was not that small. Now the explorer says it has 1.2 MB…

I saved the file in a random folder on my SSD, if that is of interest/ a problem

Does anybody know what went wrong? Is there a way to fix it or to avoid that problem in the future?

If you attach your model someone may be able to find the problem with it.
I’ll just ping @colin as he has some special tools. But there’s no point if you don’t attach the model.

Looks like it is corrupted in some way.
