Bugsplat when using AI Render

Trying to use the AI render tool, produced about 8 images with no problem, then created a new scene and tried to render that and it now bugsplats every time I open the AI Render extension.

Using pro 2026, computer stats: Ultra 9 processor, 64gb ram, 2tb storage, nvidia geforce, multiple graphics cards.

Which version of the extension are you using? Could you share the BugSplat ticket number you received when you submitted it?

Not sure, whichever version of the extension is inherently installed with Pro 2026. Crash #300260

Jacques, there is a issue with the published version on the Extension Warehouse, and the version displayed in SketchUp’s Extension Manager.

The version format is different and user’s cannot tell really what version is newer.

The latest version on the extension warehouse is this one:

It should also fix a random crash in the previous version that occurred when credits were low.

Ah yes I did have an update available- it doesn’t seem to have fixed it though. I have 40 credits left in this cycle but have the ability to purchase more if needed

Purchasing more credits and updating seems to have solved the problem. Appreciate the help!
