I wanted to download a project I had been working on, and since the offered file name didn’t exactly trip off the tongue, I elected to “Save As”. This only offered a .txt extension.
I saved the file - clearly it wasn’t a text file, and tried to open it with edge - of course it wouldn’t open.
The download button itself, saved the file with a huge string of numbers and letters (probably hex?) and no extension - this wouldn’t load back into edge either.
Renaming the files (both of them) to have a.skp extension worked, but, they were loaded as component files rather than as a “project”
