Blocked out of SketchUp

Please if anyone can help! I sat down to work this morning and I am blocked from Sketchup, even though I have a valid Pro subscription and have been able to sign in to Trimble, which says I have an active subscription. This is the dialog box I am receiving, says technical experiences, not an authorized device… No one takes my call at Sketchup. As usual, big meeting tomorrow and unable to work!

They may have already started to check into the problem, but it would be good for you to start the support case anyway.

Thanks. Not sure why it happened, but deactivating the computer in my Trimble account settings shutting down and restarting seems to have worked.
