I have students who cannot log into Sketchup. It is intermittent and about 5 out of 30. The error says Blocked and something about IT. SketchUp has been whitelisted by our Google Admin, so I cannot resolve this and my students cannot access the 3d Warehouse without being able to log in. This is happening on the Desktop Pro 2025 version with Classic Licenses. EMail domain is carlsbadusd.net
Is this for SketchUp for Schools? If so, you may want to move this into the SketchUp for School category.
THis is not for SU for Schools. (However, it has happened there as well. It is with the Windows Desktop SU Pro.

LAB licences for universities, schools… they still exist for such big entities. SU is linked to a machine. I see them in training centres also.
