We can’t access to SketchUp for schools. When we try to enter it, sketchup shows us the message that appears in the image. We have allowed the installation of this aplication from Google Worspace Admin Console.

Same problem in different devices (and same account). Others students within the same domain don’t have this issue.

I’m having the same issue here. I’ve reached out to Sketchup and asked to be whitelisted. The problem still persists. Please verify that stab.org domain is whitelisted. Thank you.

We are having the same issue here but only with one or two users. Can someone please help? We also already confirmed our domain is safelisted.
Renssealer City School District (@rcsd.k12.ny.us) is also have issues logging into the system (first time using SketchUp this year). Can @rcsd.k12.ny.us also be whitelisted.
