Background disappears Vray

Hello! I’m new to vray, and have stumbled upon this transparency problem, where one of my glass facades turns completely transparent when saved as a png, losing both the inside and the backgound. I have the same materials and settings for all the glass facades, but the problem occurs only on this one.

Have seen this issue in other posts, but not quite understood the solution… Hope someone could help me out!

In SketchUp, change the Face Style to Monochrome so you can see face orientation. Is the face orientation different on that pane of glass?

oh yes of course! Thank you for such a quick answer. That was the problem. I’m quite new at sketchup in general!
