How do I get rid of the background color when I print my model?
You have to change background color in style and turn off sky.
After you do what Robert shows, update the style so it sticks. Click on the thumbnail with the circular arrows in the upper left of the Styles window. If you don’t want the colored background and sky for future models, open a blank SketchUp session, edit and update the style. Then use File>Save as template and create a new default template.
