I just stumbled on this Android app while window shopping the latest Samsung Tablets… if you only need to do 2d CAD it is worth a look… seems very polished with a clean interface that is a pleasure to look at and use… only downside is a little pricy for casual use but Trimble could learn some lessons from its UI for tablet interaction
