Is there any plugin that can create artwork engrave emboss . Like artcam here is a reference video. Any plugin which can do engraving emboss for CNC machine. Thanks

The video shows the user manually creating a 3d form - that’s basic SketchUp too - there are many extensions available to help you do this - CurviLoft, FredoScale etc.
With the 3d pieces made and positioned, then these can merged into a single solid.
That can then be combined with a surface, for example to be a negative ‘imprint’ or a positive raised ‘boss’ as you might wish…
