Does anyone know if there is an extension (other than dynamic components) to help me place some monitors with articulate arms, just by moving the monitor, so the arm rotate itself ?

This might be the closest you will get but it wont be the full rigging you are after. As far as I’m aware Sketchup doesn’t have this ability yet (though I would love it)
You seem to have 3 independent vertical axis of rotation.
Which one has priority?
