Hi. In version 2026.1, there are AI credits needed. Not everything is clear for me.

  1. How much does AI additional credits (1500/month) cost?
  2. My subscription (studio) shows already 1500 credits available. For which time period are they valid?
  3. Does the credits available for certain subscription are valid only until the end of the current month and next month begin from zero?

Thank you dezmo for bothering with my question. Still, how much do these 1500/month credits cost? And, if I have a Studio subscription 2026.1, and I want more credits, the link described in help files doesn’t answer from whom will the cost be charged.

The SketchUp AI subscription is 11.99 per month. You should make sure you have not purchased that on accident because 1500 is not part of a Pro or Studio license. Any chance you have an NFR assigned to you?

I know, this is the only information provided “officially”.
But as you see some Sketchup Team member also know it :wink:

So you can either ask a Sketchup support, or go and try to buy and you will see the prices.

You can also ask AI assistant…

Unfortunately I do not have a paid sub and cannot complete these steps, I will try to find a colleague who can provide additional information.

You have to scroll a lot and then click to the right FAQ section in a right question to get it…
I don’t really understand why it has to be hidden so much. There must be some marketing explanation for it, which doesn’t make sense to me.
