ActiveX warning constantly going off

I’m new to this program and I am having some issues using Layout. I’ll have split them up for the sake of the categories.

The first one is this: Every time I click on a tool I get an ActiveX warning. I have to click “yes” every time I switch from one thing to another. Is this a normal thing? Is there a way to disable these warnings or to turn off whatever is triggering ActiveX?

I have done many searches on this forum and the web in general and I am unable to find anyone with the same problem.

That’s a weird one. I bet it’s being triggered by the Instructor dialog, which displays helpful information every time you change tools. Try closing the Instructor dialog and see if the issue goes away. If it does, then you may be able to change your Internet Explorer settings to make the warning go away - but I’m not 100% on that.

Aha! Now I wont run the risk of smashing my screen with my keyboard on some future date. Thanks a heap!

When I turned off instructor it gave one last hurrah but canceled itself.
