Account log in page will not load

I am trying to access my account through the new account.trimble.com however the page will not load, Tech support (I believe it is a bot) said my malware bytes software was blocking access. i gave access but still the page will not load. I keep getting the run around from tech support who simply say log into your account, the very thing I can’t do. I contacted billing support and go another auto response saying log in to your account. I am going in circles.

Can anybody give me a phone number for billing or account management. I need this resolved.

I think you mean https://accounts.trimble.com/

If the right side of that page is blank, instead of showing you the sign in options, that is usually caused by an ad blocker. Do you use one of those? If you do, either turn it off, or find somewhere in its settings to allow trimble.com and sketchup.com addresses to load.
