Accidentally lost all Shortcuts

I hit “reset all” under Preference>Shortcuts thinking it would reset all shortcuts to factory setting but instead it deleted all shortcuts.
I’ve uninstalled, deleted in library and application, emptied trash, turned off laptop and re-dowloaded (twice) and it did not work.
Is there a file I can place in the Package Content bit or Application Support that contains all shortcuts?
Inputing manually would take ages and doesn’t even work properly as it doesn’t let me use the Apple key, and I can’t imagine using Sketchup without shortcuts.
Please send help…!

If you are using SketchUp Make 2017, close SketchUp, and in Finder, use the Go menu, Go to Folder… option, and paste in this text:

~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2017/SketchUp/

In there is a file named Shortcuts.plist. Rename that to something else, and reopen SketchUp. See if the shortcuts have come back.

Thanks so much Colin that worked!!
