Just recently our students are getting an error message when attempting to login into app.sketchup.com using their school Google account. I have added every SKetchup app and Trimble app in the Google Admin console that I can find and they still aren’t allowed to login. This is curious because they used to be able to login just fine so I don’t know what has changed.
Here is the message :
Access blocked: Authorization error
Error 400: admin_policy_enforced
We would prefer that our students not have to create an account using their email but simply use the SSO method as before. Can you help me figure out what is causing this error?
