I am trying to find any tutorial that explains how should I do the abstract shape in the pic below. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any tutorial like this. I tried to draw an ellipse and then change it but I won’t get this kind of shape. does anyone have any idea how to do this?

Looks like int he video they were using primarily Vertex Tools, SubD and Soap Skin Bubble extensions.
Well if he says that’s what he used then I’ll go with that 
Most people use Vertex Tools with SubD as they’re both by ThomThom. Artisan has a vertex tool built into it but I’m not experienced with both enough to comment on which is best. Either way, pretty cool what can be done with just a few powerful extensions.
