A very urgent problem about import dwg units!

This is what I measured on autocad is 100mm.

I confirm that the unit in autocad is mm, not inches.

I am pretty sure to choose cm for importing to facilitate my work.

but is still 2540mm…

I chose three different units: In-model, mm, cm ,imports are all the wrong size.

Please help!!!

After I re-imported for the fourth time… the problem was suddenly solved.

I usually prefer resizing in sketchup with tape measure tool… Just click on two endpoints and type 100 and enter… Your sketchup unit should be mm of course, or type 10 and enter if it is cm…
