When trying to use 3d warehouse its saying this…. i am logged in so not sure what to do?

Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2017 Make. That version isn’t supported by the 3D Warehouse.
The message you are showing is an advertisement for the image search feature which is only available for those with paid subscriptions. Close the window and you should be able to proceed as long as your SketchUp version is supported.
Since it looks like you are using SketchUp for your business you would need a current subscription anyway and then you would be able to use the Image Search function.
