I don’t seem to be able to download models from the 3D warehouse; yesterday it was fine and I didn’t change anything.
This is wat I get when I select 3D warehousde icon: it opens like there’s no problem but I get a blank window.
Try clearing Internet Explorer’s browser cache and cookies if that has not been done recently.
IE Tools Menu > Internet Options > General - Browsing History > Delete

Can you get to it if you launch IE? Another way I’ve asked users to try is to go to a site like whatsmydns.com and put in 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com, like
and see if you can bring up the site via the CNAME in your browser (https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/3dwarehouse.sketchup.com)… right now it’s https://d30gmilph0qzot.cloudfront.net/.
It does this to me too every now and then, the only way i have fixed it was exiting completely and reopening sketchup.
