I see. I managed to resolve the issue using this method in the end:
"Have you unplugged an external monitor? @DaveR suggested the window was opening off screen. Have you tried this:
- type alt+space
- type m
- click an arrow key
- move the mouse until the window appears
That’s what I figured - this was only to show that you have no network limitations on getting to 3DW (which has happened) from inside SketchUp. Glad you’re working again.

The forum prints smart quote characters unless the poster (Barry) uses markdown code delimiters (backticks), like so.
