Please help…the 3d warehouse page is not responding.
I am logged in… it doesn’t load my content, when I type to search something it does nothing…it is stuck on the landing page and seems not responding to anything! It doesn’t make sense…I logged out..restarted my computer just in case and the problem remains.
Is there any update at the page in progress that I am not aware?
within sketchup ? and / or in your browser too ?
are you using any VPN or anything special with your connexion tonight ?
within my browser but something like that never happened before. I am not using any vpn nor have i made any changes in privacy settings or anything…basically I haven’t done anything…
within sketchup it works
Sounds like your browser. Maybe you need to clear the caches. If it works within SketchUp it’s not the 3D Warehouse where the problem is. It works fine in my browser.

what’s your Mac os version ? I’ve seen something like that not long ago on a machine with long due updates.
I am using google chrome
I am on a macbook pro 2021 Sonoma 14.6.1

Trying to isolate the culprit, in this case chrome.

you are right…it worked in Safari…!!!
Still I don’t get why all of the sudden it doesn’t on Chrome (I also cleared the cache and the problem remains)

the issue resolved in Chrome now as well!!!
I have no idea why all this has happened but thankfully everything is now fine…I have cleared the cache as well as you suggested.
