Just jump to this link and download 2021 This will give you the latest version 2021.1 - which has the necessary browser to function and a few new features. chances are you didn’t upgrade to the lastest version of SU21 back then.

and in general, you should check the threads in 3dwarehouse , there have been some updates recently.
