Hello! Please help me!
I can download items from 3D warehouse into my model easily, but when I select a tool (like select or move) it disappears… I can find it and re-insert it from the outliner but the same thing happens again. I couldn’t find this specific problem in previous posts🙂
My files are just basic kitchen layouts (not to big) FYI

Hey, thanks for replying! When I open tags there’s nothing in there… I haven’t gotten into using tags yet.
Share a SketchUp file in which this happens.
Hmm place it first, then switch tool yes? Can you share a file with one of the offending components?

In that file, only Sal shows in Outliner.
Hey, sorry. When I save it it purges the un used items… not sure if there’s a way around that?
Yes. There is a way around that. When the message pops up choose not to purge unused stuff. You can tick the box to make the message not appear again before selecting to not purge unused stuff. If you do, though, ensure you are managing the unused content yourself.
