3d Warehouse error "You look a bit lost..."

Hello first of all sorry for the repost I wrote a previous topic which i deleted it because i thought I had solved the problem but in fact no.

Since yesterday when I upload a model or update it, once I click on it I have this error page that appears:

I specify that the model is not deleted, because of this problem I can directly share with you a link of the models concerned but here is a link of my 3DW: 3D Warehouse
The concerned model are in red in this picture

Do you have any solutions for me, or any Idea what it cause it?

When you click on the download bouton a message appear.

I guess they are checking the model and perhaps takes more time to get approved…or somthing like that. (?)

thanks for youre answer, i dont know, its kinda wreid, maybe those model break the rule of the 3DWarehouse?
i never seen this before

The same thing happened to me in many upload models recently.

Did you guys use SketchUp 2017 too?

It doesn’t seem to matter which version of SketchUp is being used. They are still working on the issue. More “me too” posts won’t get it fixed any faster.

I agree with the fact that more complaining is useless since the the 3dw team are working hard to fix it already.
But m’y curiousity would like to know if everyone is concerned or it just 2017 user

Sketchup 2024 and I’ve also been having this problem for a few days now. I haven’t been sleeping and my dogs have been barking like crazy because they notice my unhappiness.
