The Component wouldn’t work with the FollowMe (latest version of SketchUp). Also, the video I was training with used the Group object.
It worked for me in SketchUp 2016. You can see that in the GIF I posted.
I have tried it several times. It does not work as a component.
I assure you it does. I showed it. I’ll show you live if want when I get finished with my current task.
It’s worth noting that not only does it work on groups or components you can infact use a path from outside the wrapper as you see here. But you still need to be inside the correct level of wrapper so that the Raw geometry is being edited.
