My collections do exist and are visible in the org account. However, they do not appear when accessing them through our plugin in sketchup. This issue arises after I made some changes to the org. collection. any ideas?
link works for me. Maybe clear your browser cache. did you rename a model/collection then click a bookmark pointing to an old named version?
this issue was resolved by Trimble. it was a short outage.
