3D warehouse and extension warehouse does not work, I click on the icon but nothing happens, after a few clicks the software crashes.
I deleted the web cache folder and also run as administrator and repair, but nothing works. I used alt tab to see if it is in other place but does not.
I also connected and disconnected the second monitor of my laptop and nonthing happens.

Close SketchUp and go to User/AppData/Local/… and delete the .json file.
Also delete the WebCache folder in AppData/Roaming/ …
Then do a power off reboot of your computer and try again. See if that helps.
AppData is normally a hidden directory but you can make it visible in File Explorer.
Please update your forum profile. It shows you are still using SketchUp 2023.
Does delete the privatePreferences.json file, could bring me other problems? Thanks
