Hi, I am hoping to find a good viewing platform to share my architectural models/floor plans. Kubity was suggested to me, and while that is EXACTLY what I’m looking for, I am having technical issues with the app and the tech support has been great but a week later with daily correspondence and I still can’t upload my model (it got stuck at 3% but didn’t save).
Has anyone else had this issue, or are there an other Kubity like alternatives that anyone suggests? Most specifically I would like to be able to spin the model, and have the viewer be able to “walk through” the model.

how large is the file? could you upload it or share it via dropbox-link?
It’s 189 MB - the models are intended for real estate purposes so dropbox could be an option - is there a dropbox 3D viewer option?
I apologize for my lack of knowledge in this area but I didn’t expect so many requests for a 1st person walk through- I’ve been focusing on an image based final prodct. I’ve done some research online, but so far your suggestion of Kubity really matches my needs.
The idea would be to have an agency either embed or use a link on their site for clients to view, and mobile viewing is important. Also, loading speed is super important which Kubity seems to excel at. I will be waiting to see if the issue gets fixed with them but I am hoping there might be an alternative.

You might want to take a look at Shapespark and/or SimLab Composer. With the size of your file and what it sounds like you want to accomplish, I think Shapespark might work (load) a little better.
oh… ok I misunderstood. That would be great, although I have the Kubity tech support working on it. They said I’m not the only one experiencing the issue. But if you are willing to take a look, I’d be happy to send it to you.

Hi, sorry for taking so long to get back to you- Kubity actually resolved the issue, I heard back from the techs today. So problem solved but I very much appreciate all of the help and your suggestions.
