0xc000007b error after install

Installed latest SketchUp Viewer as administrator on my Lenovo laptop IdeaPad Flex 5.
Whatever I do I keep getting this error xc000007b.

  • deleted and reinstalled the app as administrator
  • updated all possible software, redistributables, etc.
  • got in-system support from MicroSoft

Nothing worked.
Strange, because SketchUp Pro 2022 works without any problem.

Anyone an idea?
Would be great.

For now I use SketchUp Viewer on my MAC and my android phone.
The MAC is for my client-information with privacy and the phone is a bit to small.
