This is usually a graphic card issue.
‘Intel’ in your profile doesn’t tell us much.
Try looking for an updated driver for your graphic card.
If you go to Window/Preferences/OpenGl and untick, Use hardware acceleration or Use fast feedback
Restart SU and see if that fixes things, if it does then your driver needs updating or you need a different graphic card for better performance.
Leaving either of those unticked will slow SU down considerably.
