Wrinkled Surface

I couldn’t get the offsetting to work, but I figured out a different solution.

  1. Copy number, then delete number. Make curve a group.

  2. Paste in place. Make number a group. Move number off surface an unnoticeable amount (I used 1/32") to prevent z-fighting.

By the way, I scaled the model up.
