Why sketchup does not autosave files? what could be the problem?

Hello

accordung to screens - there is auto save every 5 minutes option active. there is catalogue set
but THERE ARE NO FILES SAVED by sketchup . What is going on ? HELP

Autosaves don’t go into the location where you save your models. Also, when you close SketchUp, they are automatically removed - they remain in place only if SketchUp crashes. Autosave is no substitute of saving your model.
