Why i can't change the size of a texture?

I don’t know why i can’t change the texture of some materials, there’re ones that i can but others not

That material is not created using a texture (JPG file) whose dimensions you can change in SketchUp. Look at Binding and make changes there.

That material is made of a solid colour - there is nothing to change the size of.

For materials that have a bitmap texture or a procedurally generated one inside of v-ray, you can change the size of them by adjusting the texture position on a face in sketchup.
You could also change the text scale in sketchup or you could adjust the UVW settings for the material in V-ray.
