Start a new topic with a question when you have one.

Or share some pictures of what you are working on in the gallery.

Try not to double post (it makes trying to help people confusing and harder).

Also try to stay on topic when you reply to a thread.

You would help your case if you correct your forum profile. You mentioned in a thread that you are using SketchUp on a Chromebook. If that’s true you can’t be using SketchUp 2023 as your forum profile says. You are either using SketchUp for Schools or SketchUp for Free or SketchUp Go.

Well, no. That’s not true. You can click on your avatar image at the top right of the forum page. Then click on the person icon followed by Preferences and Profile. Update the information and then scroll to the bottom of the page to save the changes.
