Where can I find the 'rounded rectangle tool' mention in the help?

Cant find anything on the internet about it, but they say use ti in the Sketch-up help section???

The Rounded Rectangle tool is in LayOut, not in SketchUp. There is no rounded rectangle tool in SketchUp. It’s easy enough to use the 2-point Arc tool to add rounded corners to rectangles in SketchUp.
