Recently noticed that My web SketchUp free version limited download times(and create new project) to 2/month, anyone have the same issue and how to solve that?

The message you showed makes it pretty clear. To get around the limit you need to subscribe.
Unfortunately, there is no clear description of what exactly is included in the free version (without a subscription).
The help pages are vague, incomplete, and misleading. There are only vague hints that some features require a subscription.
Trimble also does not announce in advance when and what limitations it will introduce.
These will be encountered during use.
There is absolutely no information on the help pages about the limit you mentioned.
If you search for “free monthly file creation” you won’t get any useful information. Neither on the help pages nor here on the forum.
My suggestion is to click the “Create New File” button.
Next time - if you reach the limit- , create another free account with a different email address.
If you need it for business use, then as DaveR suggests, subscribe.
thanks for your replay. As your mention, I can not find any information about “limited download times” “limit create times”, this limitation suddenly appeared.
I guess maybe I create too much files in their cloud server (trimble connect, 142files, total 190mb)
anyway, I will try delete some files to see if can solve the limitation problem. and if so, i will post later how much file can be create in free version.

I use the paid version during work(company paid), but a free version at home as a hobby purpose, mostly for 3D printer work.
Based on the current state of the free version deleting some of your files won’t change the limits.
I wrote on another thread, I think that Trimble wants to force hobbyists to get a subscription by binning even more the free version, I understand the move, there are a lot of people who use the free version for their work, so honest hobbyists pay the price for dishonest people. Companies just want to profit as much as possible and having a free version version is not something that they like, the idea of the free version is to show you some basic functionality so you can get to know the program then get a subscription to be able to use more features. There are alternatives for hobbyists like you who just want to 3D print, I recommend Blender, it has a steeper learning curve at the beginning but it’s totally worth it learning it, it’s an open source software so you get all the functions for free, it’s a program that is extremely powerful and can be intimidating but once you get to know it you’ll be able to do everything you can imagine, there are movies that use blender for vfx or entire movies made with blender, it also has extensions that can make your life easier, there is an specific one for 3D printing.
Thanks for your reply. As you mentioned, Blender. I download years ago. Tried and give up. To be honest, it is hard to use, not as “straightforward” as SU.
But, if the free version SU have more and more limitation, I will definitely move to Blender.

Thank you for that. Can you provide some current specifics for users of the free version? How many files can the start and/or access within a calendar month? How many files can they have saved to Trimble Connect? What limitations exist for downloads from the 3D Warehouse?
Even if these numbers might still change in the future, knowing the current numbers it would help the rest of us help those who come along. And perhaps you’ll update the information when it changes? If there’s something already published regarding these limitations a link to that would be useful.
