VAT Receipt

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have recently purchased SketchUp and cannot download a VAT receipt from my Trimble account.
The email that came through stated I could, but cannot find one anywhere and can’t get hold of support.

Would be glad of some help here… I have accountants chasing me (more fearsome than you may think) and am thinking I will have to hide under my desk until this is sorted.
