How to obtain invoice?

Hello,

The 27th of April, I paid by credit card to trimble the upgrade from Sketchup pro 2018 to 2020 but I can’t found invoices in my trimble account and also there is no history of payment.
I received the serial key to install Sketchup 2020 but not the invoice and I need it.
How to obtain it ?

Sounds like you might have two email addresses banging around. Try logging into Trimble using the email address in the “To” field of the email you received that had your serial key.
