Use hebrew (RTL) language with Layout - letters flip when export PDF

Hello all!
i use Hebrew for texts and headlines in Layout
BUT when i export PDF then all the letters flips
and it unreadable…

is there any solution for that?
Can i use RTL with LAYOUT?
